All programs have already been created and are specified by Brand, On or Off Premise, and Territory. Don’t see your program? See the Admin Management section to learn how to create a new program.
Have a schedule with 20+ events? Send your schedule to support@gopinata.com to upload your schedule in bulk. Your spreadsheet MUST include the following:
Program Name (as stated on PINATA)
Date, Time, Location of each activity
Products to be sampled (as stated on PINATA)
Activity (on or off-premise)
Any additional notes
Once your gigs have been created you can start staffing! Review the gigs and assign your talent
Once the BA has completed the report, you can verify the report and adjust/edit any billing/expense items
