Juneshine is a hard kombucha brand that started in 2018 in San Deigo, CA. Since that time, they have expanded their brand from a local California based product to many markets through distribution national chains, Whole Foods Market and Total Wine and More, and have started to penetrate local retailers. The team continues to expand into new markets and retailers with a lean team at the helm.

JuneShine, a small lean team based in San Diego, Ca started with two users managing all field activity across very few markets along the West Coast. With the growing demand in existing markets and plans to expand their markets, they had to do a lot with a little.
